By accessing and using PingWing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

PingWing is a WhatsApp Business messaging platform that enables businesses to communicate with their customers through WhatsApp Cloud API. We provide:

• Unified inbox for WhatsApp conversations
• Message sending and receiving capabilities
• Contact management tools
• Bulk messaging features

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and Terms
• Not send spam or unsolicited messages
• Obtain proper consent from recipients before messaging
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Data Storage and Retention

Messages and contact data are stored for 90 days and then automatically deleted. You can request immediate data deletion at any time through our data deletion page.

5. Service Limitations

PingWing is provided "as is" without warranties. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the service with notice
• Suspend accounts that violate terms or policies
• Limit usage to prevent abuse

6. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice. WhatsApp conversation charges from Meta are separate and billed according to WhatsApp Business pricing.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to PingWing software, design, and trademarks belong to Motoyard / Marketing Dime. You retain ownership of your content and customer data.

8. Limitation of Liability

PingWing is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms, non-payment, or prolonged inactivity.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Raipur, Chhattisgarh courts.
